We want you and your pets to be happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

✅ Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Perishable goods and personalised items are non-returnable, unless faulty.

📦 How to Return an Item

To arrange a return, please contact us first at info@salerepspets.co.uk or our contact form. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Please do not send items to our service address without confirmation, as we may not be able to receive or process them.

💸 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund within 5 working days.

• Refunds are made to the original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• We recommend using a tracked service.

🐶 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.
